Gary Neville lookalike Franck Ribery would be allowed to leave Bayern if a team comes in with a 'crazy bid'.
With Manchester United, Barcelona, Chelsea and Real Madrid allegedly in pursuit of the player, with L'Equipe claiming yesterday that if he were to leave Bayern Madrid would be the only destnation for him. Despite that, Alex Ferguson is said to be looking to use the proceeds of the sale of Cristiano Ronaldo to capture him.
Despite their attemts to hold on to Ribery, Bayern now appear to be prepared to part company for the right price. 'We would only talk on very strict conditions,' Uli Hoeness Bayerns General Manager told Munich newspaper Tz. 'And that would be if they were prepared to do crazy things.'
With United now having the funds to mount a crazy bid, a move to Manchester may well be on the cards. After all, we need a new number 7.
